Passmark diskmark innodisk m.2 128gb12/30/2023 I wanted to demonstrate what I observed and I did so by making a video. There are situations where the gen4 nmve drives will perform better than what is reflected by the diskmark test or at least I believe there are. I think the disk test could be improved is all I am saying. (I don't have a spare drive to test this right now, the 2 980's I have are currently set-up in raid0.) If disk copy operations run at those speeds wouldn't that count as a real-world situation, albeit one which may be uncommon at this time? In the near future, systems with multiple nvme drives should be much more common and copying files between system disks at 5000+ MB/s is a great performance increase. If you say the passmark test is reflecting the disks real world performance, what about copy operations between 2 nvme disks or nvme raid arrays? If I remember right, during those operations I've seen read-write rates that are in line with manufacturer claims. If you watch the top speed achieved with the passmark test and compare it to other disk tests, the passmark test nvr got the disks to perform at top speed. So background activity is also counted.ĭid you watch the video I posted? To be clear, I am not disappointed nor shooting anyone, I am pointing out something. WD claim a MB has 1,000,000 Bytes, as then their numbers look better that way.Īlso, task manager reports on all disk activity not just from the benchmark. Note that there is still some measurement differences depending on if you think a MB has 1,000,000 Bytes or the traditional 1,048,576 Bytes. 100% load on the disk and 7GB/sec performance!! real life performance this isn't our goal for today. No developer would write code to access the disk this way, but whatever. This time we use a massive block size (8MB), Asynchronous access (64 queue length), No caching and non-random data & 3 simultaneous threads. That even fast DDR4 RAM in dual channel can only just hit 7000MB/sec (with the I/O overhead of Disk API calls). What it does illustrate nicely however is the limit on the RAM cache speed. Clearly this is a bit of a poor disk test if the disk isn't even being used. Conclusion: All the data is being read from RAM and not from disk. 7432MB/sec read performance!!!īut wait ,what kind of shenanigans is this? Task manager reports 0% busy time and no disk activity. Success!! We have matched and slightly exceeded the marketing claims of WD. This time we allow caching of the disk activity (into RAM) Not so realistic, but whatever, we don't care at this point. Here we pick a massive block size (8MB), relatively small test file (5GB), and non-random data (which is easy to compress). For this we can use the " Advanced Disk Test" benchmark under the Advanced Test menu in PerformanceTest. Is better when it comes time to combine all the mark values to form the system's PassMark rating.Next we can have a look at if we can devise some unlikely scenario that will get us numbers that are close to the WD's marketing numbers. The average is then scaled up by multiplying the average with a 'magic' number in order to make the number larger. It is an straight average of the three values above. This is the number reported in the benchmark charts. Similar to the IOPS 32KQD20 test but uses 4KB blocks and a queue depth of 1. The amount of data actually transferred is highly dependent on the disk seek time. The file is read randomly a seek is performed to move the file pointer to a random position in the file, a 32KB block is read or written then another seek is performed using a queue depth of 20. Test (400 MB for non solid state drives, 800 MB for solid state drives). Disk Random Seek RW (IOPS 32KQD20)Ī large test file is created on the disk under Test conditions are otherwise the same as the read test. The file is written sequentially from start to end using a 32KB block size. The result is reported in MBytes/sec.Ī large file is written to the disk under test (400 MB for non solid state drives, 800 MB for solid state drives). Note that certain O/S features like file system compression, and settings in the PerformanceTest preferences window can alter the file size and test duration. The test uses uncached asynchronous file operations (with an IO queue length of 20). The file is read sequentially from start to end using a 32KB block size. A large test file is created on the disk under test (1 GB for non solid state drives, 2 GB for solid state drives).

Complicated infections are diagnosed by quantitative urine cultures and require a more prolonged course of therapy. The most effective therapy for an uncomplicated infection is a three-day course of trimethoprim-sulfamethoxazole. These infections can be empirically treated without the need for urine cultures. Uncomplicated urinary tract infections are caused by a predictable group of susceptible organisms. Further categorization of the infection by clinical syndrome and by host (i.e., acute cystitis in young women, acute pyelonephritis, catheter-related infection, infection in men, asymptomatic bacteriuria in the elderly) helps the physician determine the appropriate diagnostic and management strategies. Initially, a urinary tract infection should be categorized as complicated or uncomplicated. Recent studies have helped to better define the population groups at risk for these infections, as well as the most cost-effective management strategies. Urinary tract infections remain a significant cause of morbidity in all age groups. Either way, we’re sure the colors will turn out beautifully! You can opt to color the pine tree similar to how we’ve done ours or handpick a unique set of colors. Then, we used a brown color on the trunk. We added a darker shade of green tint closer to the edges of each layer, as seen in the illustration. It’s finally time to add some color! This is the part where you can showcase your artistic skills, especially your ability to mix and match various colors.Īs you can see in the illustration, we used two different shades of green to the leaves of the pine tree. This adds texture and create the appearance of leaves, making the pine tree look more realistic! Step 9 – Add Patterns and Texture All Over the Pine Treeīefore you add color to the tree, you must add the final touches of the drawing by adding some curved lines on the surface of the pine tree layers. Make it strong and sturdy and draw it similar to the illustration shown above. Simply draw two parallel vertical lines with a horizontal line at the bottom. Now that you have completed all the layers of the pine tree, it’s time to create the trunk. Try to make it the widest and most unique of them all! Step 8 – Afterwards, Draw the Trunk of the Pine Tree This is the final and lowermost layer of your beautiful pine tree. Remember to make it bigger and wider than the previous one! Step 7 – Now, Draw the Last Layer of the Pine Tree In this step, we will be drawing the second to the last layer of the pine tree. As usual, this layer should be slightly bigger than the previous one.ĭon’t forget to add some uniqueness to those curved figures! Step 6 – Next, Draw the Sixth Layer of the Pine Tree Create the fifth layer of the pine tree by drawing a similar figure. Step 5 – Afterwards, Draw the Pine Tree’s Fifth Layer Make it look bigger and wider than all of the previous layers. In this step, we will be drawing the fourth layer of the pine tree. Step 4 – Then, Draw the Fourth Layer of the Pine Tree Make it look slightly different by changing the appearance of the curved figures, as shown in the illustration above. Similar to the previous step, draw another layer of leaves of the pine tree. Step 3 – Next, Draw the Third Layer of the Pine Tree Make it slightly bigger than the first one, similar to the one shown in the illustration above. Step 2 – Draw the First Two Layers of the Pine TreeĮverything from this point on is easy and all about repetition (with slight changes in terms of size).Ĭreate the second layer of the pine tree by drawing another figure similar to the one we drew previously right underneath the topmost layer. The vertical line at the top of the horizontal line marks the spot where you should draw the topmost layer. Simply draw an intersecting horizontal and vertical line across your paper and use it as guidelines. Make sure that the top will be drawn at the top by creating reference lines. Starting at the top ensures that there’s sufficient space for the rest of the layers of the pine tree. This forms the topmost layer of leaves of the pine tree. Draw a slightly curved triangle with multiple curved figures at the bottom on the upper portion of your paper. Start by drawing the topmost part of the beautiful pine tree. Have fun and unleash your inner creativity! How to Draw a Pine Tree – Let’s get started! However, this doesn’t work well for writers who are into generic content writing. This is an extended version of the pay per word rate card. You’ll be surprised to know that the standard rate per word ranges from $0.03 to $1 and more ( writers from India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh – please make a note). The average pitch crawls around ₹1/word ( that’s $0.014/word). You can find writers charging as low as ₹0.10/word ( that’s $0.0014/ word), while some experienced writers are asking ₹3/word to ₹10/word. It won’t take much time for you to go on a chronic overworking spree and burnout. In the freelance world, deadlines mean everything. When you bill your clients at an hourly rate, you run by the clock. I’ve seen many freelancers charging an hourly rate ( and I don’t recommend it all). The whole idea of opting for a freelance content writing career is to have enough creative freedom to produce quality content. Not that I doubt your skills, but it can get tricky if you don’t understand how much work and time will go into the project. If you’re a new writer, my recommendation is to stay away from pricing per project. If you have calculated the revision charges, this seems to be a fair deal for both parties. Based on the table above, you will be offering a $450 discount on the total cost. This is a stable model where experienced writers ( preferably with a team) offer discounts to lure clients. Rate/1000 wordsĭiscounted Pricing Model (reference only) It is a good idea to set-up a slab based rate to ease the process of finalizing the freelance writing rate card. You can either quote a fixed price or breakdown your rates by quantity. The trick is finding the right client willing to pay that price. You can charge as high as you want or as low as it can be. Here’s the thing with freelance writing – there’s no fair price. You are bidding for a project that requires you to write 30,000 words per month for 3 months. Let’s say a $50 per thousand words is a fair rate based on your skills and geographical location. Setting up a freelance writing rate per word is straightforward. Web and graphic designers usually follow this. This method will be effective when you take up a big project ( ideally defined by monthly word count or time span). That said, here are the different methods you can use to set a freelance writing rate that suits your short and long-term goals. Alternatively, if you can write a 1000-word article in 2 hours and charge $50/1000 words, you can meet your target of $25/hour. For instance, if you want to work 40 hours per week and earn $1,000 by the end of the week, you need to price your services at $25 per hour ($1,000 / 40 hours = $25/hour). Start by deciding how much you want to earn for a week, a month, or a year. Before you decide on how to quote your price, you must also consider your freelance writing income goals, skills, and experience. Once you have a clear idea of how the freelance content writing industry works and pays, it’ll be easier for you to create rates for different types of writing. If you have extensive experience in any non-general niche like technical, medical, finance, you’ll definitely get paid handsomely. Copywriting, on the other hand, pays a lot more. General online content writing, such as blogging, web content, SEO writing, usually pays the least. Highly-skilled writers charge between $30 and $75 per hour. Most intermediate and advanced freelance writers in the USA charge anything from $0.010 to $1 per word. Freelance writing rate per word in India for generic SEO content can be anything between ₹0.10 to ₹5 ($0.0014 – $0.06) per word. According to PayScale, the average freelance writer hourly rate in India is between ₹475 to ₹1,000 per hour ($6-$13/hour). Ideally, no writer should quote less than $0.05 per word – that’s the bare minimum! Marketing agencies and businesses prefer to pay per project, and retainer works well for long-term recurring projects. Likewise, pay per page works best for marketing content ( landing pages, lead funnels, etc.). For instance, pay per word (PPW) works best for one-time projects. In general, there are 5 different types of freelance writing rates:Įach of these modes works differently. The first step to building a freelance rate card is to understand the market you’ll be targeting. Assuming you have all of this ready, let’s move forward. Monster truck jam tacoma12/29/2023 Those three trucks appear most often and the rest of the field is made up of fan favorites and newcomers. El Toro Loco and/or Max-D are usually scheduled to compete as well. Grave Digger is scheduled to compete at almost every Monster Jam show. Monster Jam is constantly adding new trucks and mixing up the trucks and drivers. If you've been to a Monster Jam show in the past, there's a good chance you're going to see some different trucks the next time you go. Rows near section entrances for quick exits to concessions and amenitiesīuy Monster Jam Tickets Which trucks will I see at my show?.Upper level centered for cheaper prices and a (slightly) quieter experience.Front row in any section to avoid having to see over other guests. But in stadiums that do not have dedicated club seating, aim to be at least 30 rows above the track. These elevated sections are usually labeled Club Level. The added height makes it easier to see the entire track - especially as the trucks move quickly from one end to the other. Most guests would argue that the best views at Monster Jam come from side sections that are elevated. Club Level Centered The track, as seen from the center of the Club Level in St. Drivers often interact with fans in the first few rows, making for an unforgettable experience. When they're not racing or doing tricks, the trucks typically park on the ends. While seats along the side have the best view of the entire track, those on the ends have their own perks. Lower Level End Near the Front Lower level seats on the end have a great view of the parked trucks - here El Toro Loco crashes into Grave Digger! But if you're seated within 20 rows of the dirt track, you'll be wowed by the spectacle and will probably be covered in dirt/dust by the end of the show. Most stadiums block out the first few rows for safety issues and to improve sitelines. At Monster Jam it means being just a few feet away from the trucks and getting to see how impressive they really are. For most fans, the best seats for Monster Jam are as follows: Lower Level Centered Near the FrontĪs with most live events, sitting near the front is a special experience.
